We really enjoyed our stay Anthony’s home. Outstanding location with so many walkable restaurants, bars, etc. The unit was a comfy stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Chicago with a decent sized group.
This place was great for our stay. A little expensive. But the area was worth it! There were a couple of things in the house that needed attention. The stove didn’t work for us, and the kitchen cabinets show some wear and tear. Otherwise. Everything was great! It stats. That there is a 5 bedrooms when listed. But it’s really a 4 bedroom with a 5th bedroom in the basement! I didn’t know that’s what the garden unit meant, so if you stay there and don’t pay the extra 400$. Reality is your sharing the house with the other people! I’m glad I spent the extra money for the extra bedroom. Cause man that would have been awkward. Anthony did ask me if I Wanted it beforehand. And I’m glad he did. Cause if he didn’t. We would have possibly been hanging out with people we didn’t know. Cause the backyard. Is one big back yard! All in all. It worked for us!
Anthony's home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. He was very responsive to the few issues that we did have while we stayed there. I would recommend this space for large groups! We loved the outdoor space.
Anthony was lovely to work with because he helped us with our accommodations even when we left two items in the unit. He was easy to get in contact with and friendly. The place was private and comfy for our large group plus we could walk to bars and restaurants. We stayed here for a concert at Wrigley.
A great location and home for a group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Anthony was great to work with and very receptive to questions leading up to, and during our stay. Would absolutely stay again the next time we are in Chicago.
Anthony was a responsive host and the house was as advertised and was extremely clean. We rented the entire house and it was a great space for us. Easy Uber to downtown and Wrigleyville. There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if traveling with seniors. We will definitely select this house again!

This rental is great for large groups! The home is beautiful and provided a ton of natural lighting. Additionally, it was a great location with a tandem parking lot area which fit all our cars!
We rented this house for a bachelorette party in June 2022, and it was everything that we could ask for. Anthony was always so great at communicating and answering all of our questions before the trip and during the stay. The house was so clean and was able to easily accommodate our group of 19 people. I will definitely be contacting Anthony the next time I’m looking for a place to stay in the Chicago area!

I booked this stay for a two-night bachelorette weekend in Chicago with six girls. The listing was as promised with all bedrooms having clean linens and towels. The location was great, and close to many of the bar scenes in Chicago’s Wicker Park and Logan Square neighborhoods. We also really appreciated the parking spot in the back, though street parking was relatively easy to find for all the girls who drove in.
Great location with lots of food options nearby! There were plenty of towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies available, as well as ample parking space. The HVAC in this building is excellent - central AC is a lifesaver in the summer with a larger group. The first floor unit had a couple of desks/tables that were perfect for a board game night. One smart TV on each floor, both with HDMI inputs. Overall, a great place to hang out, as the listing name suggests. Be sure to ask about checkout instructions ahead of time.
Convenient and safe location, able to walk to many restaurants and bars in the area! Everything was as described.
Fabulous location, close to a lot of great spots in the neighborhood. Great spot for a gathering between friends. Tucked away behind a busy street, but no street noise whatsoever. Anthony was very responsive and receptive to my needs. A real stylish place with light and character, and with 3 bedrooms, is great for a friends trip to Chicago.
